By Shamila Janakiraman, TMCnet Contributor

Speedflow Communications announced that it has released version 2.12 of CallMax Softswitch, a proprietary Linux-based Class 5 Softswitch with integrated billing.

Speedflow, specializing in the development of optimized VoIP Softswitch solutions, revealed that it has introduced several modifications in its CallMax Softswitch solution version 2.12. The core modifications include flexible multilingual IVR for Calling Cards which can give verbal announcements of balance state and number of minutes left, according to a release.

The other features include VoIP Call back and support for all Gateway (News - Alert) types and DID providers. Besides the above, the company also announced many Web-interface modifications such as a completely new user-friendly Web site to support requirements of owners, resellers and end users.

It also features flexible subordination tree for reseller and users, flexible Gateway and DID management and PayPal (News - Alert) integration, said officials.

Another Web modification introduced now is bulk user generation for users who display similar conditions of making calls. Softswitch updates will be offered free to all Speedflow Communication customers according to company officials. Interested users can make updates with the help of the 24/7 NOC (News - Alert) support Team.

The company’s optimized offerings include several Carrier-grade products and solutions. The Single Point of Control solutions delivered by Speedflow includes Mediacore a Class 4 Softswitch, Callmax a Class 5 Softswitch, Pay-n-Get type of Processing system and AccuCore (VoIP ERP-system). These products help customers by facilitating easy management, added officials.

In November 2011 Speedflow Communications announced that it has established two new points of presence in the American region to enable new opportunities for business. These Points of Presence (PoP) will improve connectivity in these regions.

The company serves customers in the VoIP market offering high-quality telecom services and VoIP software solutions. Speedflow delivers services to 700 customers across the globe ranging from Tier-1 national and global carriers to ISPs, corporate carriers and residential VoIP providers.
