Router and Ethernet access devices manufacturer OneAccess (News - Alert) Networks has recently signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Computer Telephony Distributing.

CTD is a value-added distributor of products within the computer telephony and VoIP technology space. It offers the latest in technology with competitive pricing on Konftel (News - Alert), Cyberdata, LG Ericsson and EasyRun.

Officials said that as per the agreement, CTD will distribute the ONE Series of Converged Services CPE solutions in North America. It will also provide Tier 1 and 2 customer technical support services.

A multi-service router, the ONE Series CPE has been designed for the SMB and enterprise with industry-leading hardware scalability and software flexibility that delivers complete convergence.

The ONE series boasts of software centric architecture that helps service providers reduce the number of appliances required in the SMB LAN. It also has EFM and fiber Ethernet access technologies as options.

Widely recognized as a field-proven, highly reliable operating system, the OneAccess OneOS features a set of management tools that reduce the operational cost and complexity of managed converged services.

Not only does the CTD offer service providers the capabilities of a distribution partner, but also the added benefit of a highly skilled technical support organization that offers real-time analysis and trouble-shooting of end-user customer issues.

In related news, OneAccess Networks announced that it has completed Metaswitch certification for the ONE700 product, a part of the ONE series that enables the delivery of converged services for legacy PRI termination applications.
