IXC Releases New VoIP and Softswitch Solutions
By Monica Gleberman, Contributing Writer
Ukrainian Telecommunication Company, IXC, unveiled three new VoIP products that will revolutionize the way we communicate and do business: the IXC Radius Aggregator, IXC Softswitch and the IXC Billing Retail.
All of these products were designed to help equip consumers with the latest VoIP and softswitch technologies.
IXC has been in operation since 1999 and has developed and worked on more than 300 projects around the world. “The purpose of our company is creation of a system, understandable not only to programmers and financiers, but also managers of the companies and people who are engaged in decision-making process and conclusion of contracts,” said IXC.
IXC clientele includes companies from multiple countries such as Telasco Communications, Smartelecom Communications and Kyivstar GSM. To stay ahead of its competitors, IXC released new products designed to make business operations more effective.
The first product called, the IXC Radius Aggregator, is designed to be the perfect billing solution and help with call limitations – a frequent problem with call centers.
“Often managers lose over 50 percent of data even without being aware of it, especially when it comes to busy contact centers,” said an IXC official. “Use of this solution will make life easier to huge VoIP systems, large call center with lots of billing systems. It will also resolve the system instability problem.”
The aggregator will reportedly help call centers retain calls, answer quicker and increase customer satisfaction.
IXC Softswitch, the second product being released, is a user-friendly online interface that lets companies track their traffic over its network and IP addresses. It can also be integrated into other billing systems and help businesses handle sudden surges of traffic.
Lastly, IXC said it’s releasing its IXC Billing Retail solution to provide better customer service and make sending payments a breeze. “Customers can pay for services using their credit card, wire transfer or fax payments,” the spokesperson said. “This solution works well for small businesses and individuals. The company provides an efficient customer support, so new and existing clients will get answers to their questions.”
Quotes and test trials of all of these products are available today through IXC.
