Euphoria to Launch Wireless Alternative
By Brittany Walters-Bearden, TMCnet Contributor
Following a brief customer service nightmare wherein customer satisfaction took a dangerous nose dive after some faulty service-plagued users, Euphoria Telecom is making some noticeable changes. Because of some massive issues with overall quality, a reboot of services seems to have been decided upon for the flailing company, which has, of late, had rather bad luck with the ADSL, along with a slew of other unrelated troubles.
These issues of quality with ADSL have led to the company being on the receiving side of a lot of exasperation lately. The company has gotten something of a bad reputation among clients and competition, which some would argue is an unfair turn of events. Regardless, the tarnished name has been given to VOIP, and is now a commonly held opinion in both the small and medium-sized markets of enterprise.
In response to this rather unfortunate turn of events, Euphoria Telecom has decided to launch an entirely new alternative wireless service. The company insists that this new alternative has been vastly improved upon, as compared to its flawed predecessor, and will be bolstered by the efforts of new customer care and service call centers located throughout the region. Euphoria is hoping that this new product will be enough of a change to woo back disgruntled customers that may have thrown up their hands after the earlier troubles faced by the company.
The new wireless alternative is all set to launch in Johannesburg in 2012. The service will be made available through VIOP providers, and in the future will also be available in several cities and towns throughout the South African region. The MD of this cloud-based technology insists that although ADSL is cost-effective, it cannot be counted upon for very extensive voice traffic and data needs. Hopefully, the company will be able to convince scorned users that this is, indeed, the case.
One company, Patton (News - Alert) Electronics, continues to give VoIP the entitlement it deserves with industry-leading VoIP products and solutions – including powerful and cost-efficient VoIP gateways and routers – boasting top-quality for highest efficiency. The company also continues to see great success with its line of SmartNode products, which are now Microsoft Lync certified. This allows small- to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to implement Lync into their existing networks easily and seamlessly without experiencing incompatibility issues. Take, for example, the SmartNode 4830 Series Multi-Port Analog VoIP Gateway (News - Alert) Router, which bundles voice, data and VPN services for outstanding VoIP quality.
